A Little About Me

My name is Zubetha Burley and I have more than 8 years experience working within the NHS helping in the recovery of depression, anxiety and a great many emotional and psychological difficulties. A deep interest in my own inner workings, a desire to explore what it is to be human was further cultivated at university where I studied Psychology. I completed a masters in Psychology soon after, and studied mental health studies as a post graduate.

After completing training as an ACT therapist, I now run my own practice, I am open, discreet and non judgemental. My clinic is a safe and accepting space where together, we can explore your experiences, learn to approach them differently, make space for them. In so doing you are freer to move forward, more grounded with greater choice and flexibility.
